Q: How often should I have my system serviced? |
A: Prior to each heating and cooling season. In Tennessee, that is usually at the end of the fall and spring. |
Q: Do you provide financing? |
A: Yes, we provide opportunities for financing through our service partner, Wells Fargo. |

Q: How do I get a quote or schedule service? |

Warranty |
Q: Is my new HVAC unit covered under a warranty? |
A: Yes. The manufacturer provides a ten-year warranty on parts. Hale Mechanical offers one-year labor warranty. We also offer a ten-year labor warranty through Prime Warranty as an additional purchase. |
Q: I purchased your ten-year labor warranty, how do I file a claim? |
A: Please contact us directly at 615-883-5359, and we will be happy to take care of the claim for you. |
Q: Are there any requirements for the warranty to remain valid? |
A: Yes. For the warranty to remain valid through Prime Warranty, your unit must be serviced at least once a year. If Hale Mechanical is not the company that provides the service, you will need to provide receipts as documentation of the service. |
Q: Can another company perform repairs on my unit that are covered under the labor warranty? |
A: No. Since you purchased the warranty through us, we must provide the labor. While we do not foresee an event where we are unable to provide service, in the event that we cannot, Prime Warranty will assign another contractor. |
